We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

Booking and Payment

Payment terms:

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm bookings
• Full payment is due 14 days prior to the scheduled event
• For custom programs, payment schedules will be outlined in the service agreement

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: Full refund minus the deposit
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before the event: 50% refund minus the deposit
• Cancellations made 0-14 days before the event: No refund

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participation. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants in our team building activities are expected to:

• Follow all safety instructions provided by our facilitators
• Disclose any medical conditions or limitations that may affect participation
• Arrive on time for scheduled activities
• Treat other participants, facilitators, and property with respect
• Refrain from behavior that may endanger themselves or others

We reserve the right to exclude any participant who fails to comply with these responsibilities without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and program materials, is the property of TeamSangam and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

TeamSangam and its employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to:

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
